Loving God,

We lift up in prayer today our friend Jim who continues to carry the Cross with your son Jesus, and endures great suffering in this life. Our friend is strong and balanced in his view of things, and we thank you for helping him to maintain strong faith, hope, and courage in the promise of your son Jesus who loves him. We ask for your continued blessings and strength for Jim, and for comfort and consolation from your Holy Spirit for his family who loves him so much and must be very worried about his situation. We also ask for continued wisdom and compassion on the part of the medical community and insurance people who have a role in Jim’s journey of life. Please bless all these dear people and hear the persistent prayers of your people for Jim as you have in the past.

O Lord, Holy Father, omnipotent and eternal God, I give You thanks and I bless Your holy name. I know I’m a poor miserable sinner but hear a cause that is just, pay heed to my cry, turn your ear to my prayer, no deceit is on my lips. Amen

Lord, together we all pray for our dear brother Jim asking for Your Holy angels to protect him from illness and give great wisdom to those who care for him. Be near to his heart, soul and body and speak clearly to him. Give him the “peace that passes all understanding”. Thank you for hearing us. We give You all Glory,Honor and Praise.
