How to respond to that:
- Why does/did the Church promote secularity(secular music, secular activities,…)?
It doesn’t. Rather, it recognizes that all creativity is a gift from God itself, and that - unless there is an obvious evil intent, such as a song that praises Satan - even secular music contains a shadow of that gift. For example, a secular song such as “Everybody Hurts” by R.E.M. (which basically tells you to hope and not commit suicide) is not explicitly religious, but still contains a message that is consistent with the Church’s. An instrumental piece of music, such as a composition by Bach, would be an even better example.
And the Church is clear that, whatever we choose to do, we must avoid both sin
and the occasions of sin.
The secularisation of life is a Protestant idea that has little to do with the Church.
Didn’t secularism eventually made the West a mostly atheist and unorthodox christian land, where rarely anyone does both, believe in God and follow his commandments, most people either disbelieve in God or believe in Him, but don’t go to church regulary(almost nothing), don’t follow objective morals,…
That is because of Western liberalism, modernism, socialism and “unregulated” consumerism / materialism,
not the Church.
Why didn’t the Catholic Church just say that most secular activities are wrong and now everyone would be 100% Catholic in the Christian world?
The Church has been saying such things for donkey’s years. Few bothered to listen. Read some of the encyclicals of Pius XI or Pius XII, for example.
Did the Church’s promotion of secularity made the West as it is now, unorthodox, secular, atheistic and sinful?
The Church can’t be blamed for something she didn’t do.

Islam is a false religion built on servile fear and malicious distortion of Jewish / Christian scriptures.
And Islam is in no position to throw stones - their atrocious practices, including honour killings, legalized rape and domestic violence, quickie divorce for men on a whim, and cowardly terrorist attacks on other nations - give them no cause for pride.
2.When a muslim who lives in Iran for example, looks around he sees that everything is associated with God with Islam,…he sees the muslim world, which is completely muslim on every step, but when he looks at the “Christian world”, he sees that 70% of all Christians there aren’t even orthodox or they don’t even believe in God. He sees a bigger and bigger community of atheist, up to 30% of all West probably, he sees diversions, 40.000 different Christian denominations. Why is that so?
That’s because of Protestantism, NOT the Church. Sigh.
Why is the muslim world so orthodox,
If you think murdering innocents, honour killings, blood feuds, institutionalized pedophilia and suppression of other religions is “orthodox”, good day to you.
while Islam is right there next to Him, just like 1400 years ago.
That is a blasphemous statement. Islam is next to a false notion of God and a false prophet.
One extra question: Why is listening to secular music considered a sin in Islam, and why is secular music allowed in Christianity?
Because Islam wants to control and micro-manage every aspect of a person’s life. It is a fatalistic religion that denies free will. That is
not a compliment.
