Security in God

Hi,

I just had a visit with my spiritual director and he mentioned something about security in God. I forgot to ask how someone can increase that security in God. He mentioned something about praying.

Can you suggest other ways?Or some good book to read?Or even good story in the Bible?

I think it’s great. But I am really concerned with developing my sense of security with God so I want to do more than that.

(You probably already do this, but I couldn’t think of a better response); How about praying (as your SD advised) IN the Presence of the Blessed Sacrament! God bless.

I hope that you will discuss this the next time you talk with your Spiritual Director. If you still like to know some books, I’d suggest to read the Diary of Saint Faustina - it is all about the Mercy of God and trust in Him.

The more you trust in His mercy, the more peace you have in your soul.
