Seder Meal

We used to have a Seder Meal on Holy Thursday. It has been changed to Wed evening. When I asked why I was told “you are to not talk, and to leave the Church in silence after Holy Thursday Mass. . . . . . the Seder Meal was to never have been eaten on Holy Thursday. . . . .it is not the Last Supper, it is a teaching tool of the Passover meal” The Priest who originally instituted the tradition studied in Rome; I find it hard to believe he would do something so ‘wrong’.
