The best resource I am aware of is a book called, “The Pope the Council and the Mass”, by James Likoudis and Kenneth D. Whitehead and published by The Christopher Publishing House, W. Hanover Massachusetts.
Unfortunately, it is out of print, but if you search the Internet you will see that used copies are available. It is also possible that your library may have a copy.
