It’s been a journey. It was a mistake ever to buy it for so many reasons. It was a good time to buy but I got the wrong house. As I’ve post before it’s basically a money pit. At least for me. For someone with a little more money and time I’m sure it would be a great house. But being just me with no mechanical ability and expenses rising and my part time job cutting hours I don’t see I have any other choice. I just pray I get enough to pay off the bank, move and pay the agents commission that’s all I ask in life. Everytime I get to a place where things are looking like they might get better something new happens with the house. This week it was attack of the red mites. I’m a bug phobic so seeing them all over my door with the likelyhood of them getting into my house sent my anxiety over the edge. It’s all more the expense of all the upkeep though and only getting deeper in debt with no break that’s the real problem. I’m working on downsizing my stuff to show the house and get it sold. Keep me in your prayers. Again all I ask is to pay off the agent and the bank at this point.
