Seminarian, possible same sex attraction, prayers please

I recently had supper at some family friends’ house and their son, a seminarian, had a seminarian friend visiting with him. The friend did some things which concerned me: he wrapped his leg briefly around the other young man’s ankle/leg in a playful way. Several times, he playfully linked his arm in the other man’s arm and laughed. After the first, he looked around to see if anyone was watching. He seemed to take opportunities to “touch” the other man. I am a woman but this seemed strange behavior for a man—seemed akin to flirting. The other seminarian didn’t engage, really.

Maybe it’s nothing…maybe it’s something.

Please offer fervent prayers for both!

I often pray that Our Lady will help good young men of integrity to come forward and join the priesthood. I’ll continue to do so and continue to say prayers for our Holy Catholic Church.

Oh God, hear our prayer for the men You have
chosen to follow in Your Son’s footsteps. Teach
them humility and fidelity to unselfishly help others.
May their devotion to Our Blessed Mother, Queen
of Vocations, increase, enabling them to do Your
will. Strengthen their prayer lives that they may
grow spiritually without worldly distractions. Give
them courage and perseverance in their studies.
May the Holy Spirit lighten their struggles with their
vocations, until they know the joy of being priests.
We ask this through Christ Our Lord. Amen.
