Is it possible? Is the annulment file open to the vocation directors to review? If one diocese says no will that affect others? Can you apply to more than one diocese at a time?

You should only apply to one diocese at a time. Most will have a residency requirement of some sort.

If one diocese turns you down that does not mean that another will do so automatically.

Some dioceses will not accept men with annulments, some will.

I am not at all sure re annulment, but I think that the file is confidential, although one can give permission for it to be accessed I would think. I do not know how long such files are retained either - whether there is a ‘use by date’ after which they are destroyed. Usually the grounds for annulment are mentioned in the notification from The Tribunal that annulment has been granted, although I have heard this is not always so.

To get accurate information, I would contact the Tribunal in your diocese.
