Senate, Assembly Announce Statue to be Removed from Capitol Rotunda

I am so tired of the taking down of Christopher Colubus statues. Without Christopher Columbus there would be no America’s. He found them, no one else and people can speculate all they want.

Here are a few defaced and taken down.

The Rotunda in Sacramento California

Detroit where the statue has stood for 110 years near Windsor tunnel(Please Note: This uploaded content is no longer available.)

Chula Vista California, where the statue was taken down and put into storage.
Columbia, South Carolina removed Christopher Columbus and placed it into storage after being defaced.

Middletown, Connecticut has taken their statue down at the request of some citizens

New London Connecticut jas take Christopher Columbus down and placed in storage.

Boston Ma has taken it statue down after it was beheaded and Mayor Marty Walsh has stated it may not be put back up.

Providence RI, Christopher Columbus statue was defaced, spray painted by a school social studies teacher.

Miami, Florida, Christopher Columbus and Ponce de Leon was defaced

Richmond Va- torn down Christopher Columbus statue and threw him in the lake

Saint Paul, Minnesota Member of the American Indian movement put rope around neck and torn down statue of Columbus.

Saint Louis, M issouri Christopher Columbus Statue taken down after protests and years of controversy. It has stood at entrace to park for 140 years.

West Orange, NJ will take down /Christopjer Columbus, " a symbol of Hate and Oppression"

John Cabot actually was the first European explorer to explore the North American east coast. He was sponsored by by England.

Also Giovanni Verrazano discovered New York Harbor. He was sponsored by France.

If Columbus hadn’t come, I’m not sure these fellows wouldn’t have had least tried.

Speculation- Columbus was the one who came here and he founded America. Some may not like that but history can not be changed or rewiritten.
