Washington, DC – The Senate voted today 59-39 to confirm a pro-abortion federal judge President Barack Obama appointed to become a new appeals court justice. David Hamilton, of Indiana, is the first pro-abortion judge Obama selected, but he was held up for months because of his extreme views.

Maybe his first pro-abortion judicial pick, but nearly everyone else he has picked for every other office honors abortion as the eucharist of social justice.
