Senate Confirms Pro-Abortion Activist Elena Kagan to Supreme Court

Washington, DC – The Senate today approved President Barack Obama’s nomination of pro-abortion activist Elena Kagan to replace retiring pro-abortion Justice John Paul Stevens on the Supreme Court. Kagan joins four other justices who support unlimited abortions allowed under Roe v. Wade.

Um, there are nine Justices that support unlimited abortions under Roe V. Wade. It is the established legal precedent until such time as another case comes up for adjudication. Until then, they all support Roe V. Wade as the rule of law.
