Washington, DC – Senate Democrats have some advice for President Barack Obama on choosing a replacement for retiring pro-abortion Supreme Court Justice John Paul Stevens. They say he should ignore Republicans and simply nominate the most stridently pro-abortion activist to the high court while they still have a 59-41 vote advantage.

Keep this issue in your prayers! I think people too often emphasize the nonsense that goes on with our Congress and President, when in reality the best shot we have to end abortion lies within the Supreme Court. Pray for all of our Congress, particularly the Senate, pray for our President, pray for the Supreme Court. Have hope and know that Our Lady has already won the battle against Satan. Our job is to pray without ceasing.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners now and at the hour of our death, Amen.

Mary, Mother of God, Our Lady of Innocence, pray for us!

In Christ,
Frank

What LifeNews conveniently ignores is the fact that in order to revisit a ruling like Roe v Wade it must be challenged. The court can’t just up and retry an old case on a whim. If memory serves, since 1973, the decision has been up for reconsideration only one or two times, if at all.
The nomination of a liberal to the court will not likely change US abortion policy.
