Washington, DC – The Senate Judiciary Committee today approved the nomination of Sonia Sotomayor for the Supreme Court position vacated by retiring pro-abortion Justice David Souter. The vote largely split along party lines with only pro-life Sen. Lindsey Graham of South Carolina joining Democrats backing her.

I really don’t want her to get confirmed, I really wish we could get another decisively pro-life justice on the court.

Sadly, we made our decision last November. That simply isn’t going to happen in the current administration. I continue to pray for profound conversions, though!

…if people had listened to the opposition, he called himself a federlist, he thought that it was a state’s issue not the federal government. He also said that “pro-life” would not be a litmus test for any judge he would appoint… He is also pro death penalty, so I guess on any pro-life issue the other side was little help too…

She is the LEAST qualified to come along in many decades. Fortunately, she is replacing another liberal, and is only one in nine, so the damage should be minimal. 🤷
