Sequence Question

I sometimes find conflicting results of when the sequence is sung. I see lists of the propers of the day with the sequence after the alleluia, and sometimes the sequence is first. Help please!

In the Traditional liturgy, the sequence always comes after the Alleluia.

In the NO, since 2002, both the Latin and the English call for the Sequence to be before the Alleluia.
