Set up Retreat on Sunday/ Servile Work?

This sunday we are to help clean and set up for a retreat, which would most likey require a servile work for about 3 to 4 hours. Would this be okay?
 
If anyone could respond that would be great since I’m about to meet with some people involved soon.

I think what you are doing falls under the category of *diakonia *- service - not servile work. This is no more servile than those who open, clean, and close a church on Sundays. Absolutely fine, IMHO.
