Hi,
I have recently been having the worst anxiety attacks I have ever experienced, particularly at work. It makes me feel physically sick, and feels like being strangled and hard to breathe. I do have a therapist and psychiatrist and other mental health workers helping me, as well as having as needed medications, but I don’t know if they are working. Please pray that with the help of family, friends, and other people working with me, I can find ways to cope and reduce the anxiety I have, so it is not so debilitating. I think the greatest difficulty I have had in life is with anxiety, even unexplainable anxiety. But please pray for me, as well as all the people who suffer from extreme anxiety. I am going to pray for myself and for all people who deal with mental health issues, especially severe and extreme anxiety.
