Prayers for my dad, please. He’s in the throes of a severe migraine, with no medicine on hand. If you know anything about migraines…my dad is the king of that world. You can’t imagine what his worst episodes are like until you see it in person. He lives alone (aside from his 10 - 20 German Shepherds) in a pretty remote location. Medicine costs him more than I can afford to help with. A trip to the ER would help, but no one can get past his dogs without him to call them off, and he’s not capable of doing that now.
 
Prayers said for your Dad.

I used to get migraines regularly years ago, so I understand that kind of pain. It’s horrible. 😦

I hope that he feels better soon, and that he can get the medication that he needs.

I will be saying some special prayers for your poor Dad. I live in the migraine world too. I am so sorry he cannot get meds. Is there a service that could maybe drop off something to help him out, they wouldn’t even need to come in. I will offer up my migraine that hit last night for his healing and that our Lord will bring him comfort and relief.

Prayer for a Miracle

God of all creation, you who spoke a simple command and brought forth light from
the darkness, I ask you now to send forth your miracle-working power to heal penitent76’s Father. You cleansed the lepers, opened the eyes of the blind and by
speaking a simple command, you empowered the crippled to rise up and walk.
You sent forth your life-giving power to all those in need, including those you raised from
the dead. I ask you to send forth your healing power into penitent76’s Father’s body and give him the strength to fight his illness. I ask this through my Lord, Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen

Prayer for Headaches and Migraines

Father, we reach out to you today and ask for relief for people who are afflicted with headaches and migraines. Ease the tension in the muscles, blood vessels, and nerves of their heads and necks. Release peace in their bodies and let them sleep and recuperate. Heal their headaches now and stop chronic headaches and migraines from coming back, God. We have faith in your healing power, Father. Thank you! We love you.

My wife suffers from migraines as well, so I’m sure that she understands your father’s pain.

A rosary and Devotion to the Infant Jesus of Prague was made this week to the petitioners on the Catholic Answers Board.

Still praying our Lord will bring your Dad solace, comfort, and relief from this awful migraine.
I offered up my Rosary for his healing.
