My endometriosis is causing me to have spells of pain so bad it takes my breath away. There’s not much medicine can do for this illness, and it will be there the rest of my life. To top it off my period is almost three weeks late, but I tested not pregnant. I think starting my period might lessen the pain a bit. Please pray for me. I can’t work, keep house, take care of my husband or dogs. I feel totally helpless and useless.
I am so sorry about your pain and I will be praying for you at 3pm. A great source of grace is to pray the Divine Mercy Chaplet and the Stations of the Cross as well as the rosary daily!!! Can you go to mass?? All this brings tremendous amount of acceptance, hope and spiritual healing from the Sacred Heart of Jesus and Immaculate Heart of Mary!!
There are a lot of women that suffer from endo. Personally, I UNDERSTAND COMPLETELY as I was (have been) an endometriosis sufferer for about 30 years. About a year ago, I was diagnosed with a large cyst in one of my ovaries and fibroids, etc. I underwent a hysterectomy and have felt better from the endometriosis. However. After surgery, my back pain worsened and it has not been the same as prior to surgery

It gets a little better and then worse. Sometimes, it hurts so much it’s unbearable. What really helps me is to focus on redemptive suffering and how each moment that it hurts, I can offer this up for all the suffering in my family and others as well and unite my suffering to the suffering of the Body of Christ. Your suffering is very meaningful can bring so much grace upon you and your family/friends, etc.
I hope you find the following helpful as well from the website
justforcatholics.org
" I now rejoice in my sufferings for you, and fill up in my flesh what is lacking in the afflictions of Christ, for the sake of His body, which is the church, of which I became a minister according to the stewardship from God which was given to me for you, to fulfill the word of God, the mystery which has been hidden from ages and from generations, but now has been revealed to His saints. To them God willed to make known what are the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles: which is Christ in you, the hope of glory. Him we preach, warning every man and teaching every man in all wisdom, that we may present every man perfect in Christ Jesus. To this end I also labor, striving according to His working which works in me mightily. For I want you to know what a great conflict I have for you and those in Laodicea, and for as many as have not seen my face in the flesh, that their hearts may be encouraged, being knit together in love, and attaining to all riches of the full assurance of understanding, to the knowledge of the mystery of God, both of the Father and of Christ (Colossians 1:19 - 2:2).
It is clear that there is a sense in which the afflictions of Christ for His church are incomplete. Christ still suffers for His church. How? He is so united with His people that the suffering of the members of His body are in a very real sense His own! Thus the sufferings of the apostle Paul for the sake of the church are the afflictions of Christ.
The apostle Paul was suffering for the sake and benefit of the Christians in Colosse. "The Lord permits evil for a greater good
per Edward McCarthy Archbishop “The Lord permits these crises to develop because he’s calling us to a new level of humanity and virtue. We’ve always been told that we’re supposed to be suffering with Christ. This immediate morning, everyone is upset, but in the long term, there will be alittle more meaning than today. You have to look at it in the a broader perspectie. There’s power in suffering.”
We shall steer safely through every storm, so long as our heart is right, our intention fervent, our courage steadfast, and our trust fixed firmly on God.
Blessings:
