I’m seeing a lot of “pray for strength” and “sacrifice for God” and yadda yadda…
Those things are important, of course. And you should do them too. But the problem with giving those as the ONLY advice is that they don’t really do anything to help you actually physically get over the sexual appetite.
Do you work out at all?
Exercising can really help relieve sexual energy. Try to go for runs, go to the gym, and do workout videos. The more exhausted you get, the better.
Also, sorry if this sounds gross or whatever, but why not just do it while she’s menstruating too? Do it in the shower or something. That’ll give you another 5 days per month right there.
