hes saying its not respectful of the Catholic church or priests perhaps to Commune EO christians, because the Catholics should know the EO bishops/priests dont allow their people to commune there
It is right to offer medical care to all comers, even those who profess Christian Science (a religious group that does not believe in medical treatment for illnesses). Likewise, it is right to offer the Eucharist to all who, through Sacramental initiation and belief, are able to receive it, even those who belong to groups that deny the reception of Catholic Sacraments.

It is not disrespectful in the least to leave the invitation open to Eastern Orthodox, though it may be a misguided invitation (I don’t think it is, but I’m open to the possibility). Just as a doctor should turn away a patient because they know that the person is a Christian Scientist, a Catholic priest should not turn away a Communicant because they know they’re Eastern Orthodox.

Peace and God bless!

Well, there you have your answer. From the Catholic perspective, anyone with the right belief regarding the Eucharist is worthy to receive the Eucharist. Would you say that the Orthodox believe anything heretical about the Eucharist? They believe in the Real Presence, they believe in all the symbolism and spiritual reality of the Eucharist, there’s really nothing in their belief that is not in line with Catholic belief regarding the Eucharist. That is why they are qualified from the Catholic perspective.
According to your logic, I, who was baptised in a Reformed church, could participate in the Eucharist since I believe as much in the Real Presence as anyone else here on this thread. However, I doubt if the same leniency would be extended to me as to someone from the Orthodox Church. This is a little bit hypocritical, but then again, I don’t mind that I wont be given the Eucharist, in fact, I would be quite disturbed, shocked even, if I was allowed or invited to receive it and I most certainly wouldn’t accept it.

If you commune in a RC parish, you assent* ipse facto* to all the teachings and dogmas of the Church of Rome, that is why it’s called being in communion. The Orthodox don’t agree to certain Roman dogmas, so I wonder why they are allowed to commune in a RC parish.
