This young lady has developed a youtube channel which is extremely good. She has a bunch of great videos which are funny and a bit quirky at times, but also which have a great message. I can see this being very beneficial for pre-teens and teenagers or even young adults, or the parents of the same.

She has finished making videos at this time as she has entered the Dominican Sisters of St. Mary Mother of the Eucharist, but perhaps she will return at a later date. After all the Dominicans are about preaching and teaching, so this apostolate would be right up their alley.

Regardless, please share with anyone you believe could be helped or might find it interesting.

Yes, I watched several of her videos. They are awesome! She is so perfectly honest, and just tells it like it is. 😛

Agreed. She has a fun style of presenting the Faith. I imagine she will be a joyful sister in the years to come.

I love her videos! They can be pretty funny and a great way to show the faith.

I found her channel last year and was amazed with how much she loved her faith, her maturity, her knowledge and ability to explain things. I think she will make a wonderful Dominican sister. I hope things are going well in the convent.
 
Thank you sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo much for introducing me to this channel, there are some other one’s as well, but SheisCatholic is the best of them all. Not to belittle the others, they are all cool and important, but she is awesome helped me in ways that I needed to be helped when I saw her video “Because you are Catholic.” I encourage everyone who reads this post to watch that video on Youtube, just type the title in. I wish she could make more videos, I wonder if she will be able to do so when she completes her training, will it be up to her Reverend Mother or the Bishop?

In any case my generation and the generations following mine NEED a voice like hers!!! I pray that it will be so! :signofcross::getholy::egyptian::hug3:

You are welcome. I hope that you find much inspiration from her videos. As for the rest, she may well be able to come back and make videos down the road. The Dominican charism is preaching and teaching. This sort of thing is exactly the type of apostolate that the Order of Preachers has been coming up with in recent years. The Dominicans were asked specifically by Pope Emeritus Benedict to take a lead role in the new evangelization, so it would not be surprising to see this youtube channel reborn in the future, perhaps under a bit of a different guise, but reborn nonetheless.
 
She is Catholic and she is AMAZING! :extrahappy:

She has been a big help to me in my own faith, and I can’t recommend her more. She and her sister-sister (biological sister) are in the same order, the Dominican Sisters of Mary Mother of the Eucharist. The average age is 28, it’s a really young but vibrant group.

I really hope she does continue with her YouTube ministry, because it’s right up the Dominican alley. But I heard that they’ve got their own YouTube channel and Facebook now, so maybe she’ll be the main contributor after her training? Who knows?
