Shelter in a scandalous sexual abuse situation

My father lies to my own face saying the abuse never happened and I have walk on eggshells here. I have to live with them because I am disabled and divorced. I don’t have enough money to live on my own. I am trying to get back together with my ex husband. Also this is a very pleasant house and garden and I am always tempted to stay here but there is this insidious evil.

The main thing I want prayers for is safety as I read the book the therapist gave me last week on sexual abuse–by a Christian author. So far it is very good. But my mother is something of a mind reader and I am literally afraid to pick the book up. What I have read so far has already helped me.

Saint Michael, the archangel, defend us in battle, be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the devil, may God rebuke him, we humbly pray.
