What kind of short Marian devotion would be appropriate to use weekly at a Mass. There is a priest that I know who wants to further bring out devotion to Blessed Virgin Mary. He already has the rosary said daily. (at a rather late hour)

I was thinking that there was some kind of short prayer like the Memorare he could have said after the Mass or something like that. Are there any suggestions out there

HAIL, HOLY QUEEN should do the job:)

Thanks for that. I will consider suggesting it. Any other ideas?

Morning Prayer and/or Evening Prayer from The Little Office of the Blessed Virgin Mary. 10 minutes each, short enough to be recited before or after Mass. The book costs less then $10, and you do not have to flip pages back and forth. Goes well with the wearing of the brown scapular.

O yes, and make sure the sacremental of the Brown Scapular is available to the congregation, and Priest or Deacon knows how to correctly invest.

At our local parishes, if Mass happens to be around noon or 6pm there’ll be the Angelus said, either before or after Mass as appropriate.

I suppose if your Mass is early in the morning (before about 8am or so, as it’s meant to be said around 6am or dawn) you could say it before a morning Mass as well.

At our parish we pray the Angelus before every noontime weekday Mass, and a decade of the Rosary (for vocations) five minutes before every Mass (Sundays and weekdays).

Well, Mass does run from 11:30 AM - Noon so the Angelus seems to fit. We could maybe do it daily if it is okay with the priest.

Well, I talked to father and I think we might have the Rosary said before Mass or after it in addition to the 9:00 PM Rosary.
