Should a priest be called?

Someone has wanted to return to the Church but didn’t believe they could give up their “live-in” affair. They are now in the hospital with terminal cancer. They didn’t want a priest called to give them the sacraments because they didn’t think they could “mend their ways”. They may be very close to death but not realize it and may never even leave the hospital. Should a priest be called against their wishes? Thank you.
