If atheists have the right to kill disabled people, than I think Agnositcs should at least have the right to tease them.

Funny, I didnt see a single atheist mention anywhere in the article.
Funny, because, I don’t think Christians would be standing next to the mother giving birth with a syringe full of poison to kill the child.

Or did you not get that?

Christians perform abortions everyday. Or at least that is what they call themselves.

As I stated before. This is not about non-Catholic religions. It is about the culture of death.

You just dont get it, atheists are never mentioned or even hinted at in the article. Your assumptions are baseless and seem only intend in trying to vilify those who dont believe in God.

For all you know it could be non-practising Catholics, another Christian demonination, another religion or something between a theist and an atheist.

a fairly high percentage of abortions are performed on Christians in the US. I’m sure someone has posted that statisics on some other thread. I’ve heard a lot of strange arguments here, including one that says masturbation contributes to the culture of death. (I suppose Pamela Anderson will be brought before the war crimes tribunal any day now).

What are you talking about i would never kill a disabled person your ignorance amazes me! Non of the atheists i know want to kill the disabled and mentally challenged!

for the record, I have some friends and associates in the academic world who are professed atheists, agnostics, and/or secularists and who are militantly anti-abortion because of the constitutional issues, because in practice it has become a tool of de facto genocide against minorities, and because of its anti-feminist history. Yes, you read right, early feminists were against abortion because before it was made illegal it was seen as violence against women and denial of a mother’s rights in regard to her child.

That seems weird… how come few of those type of people exist?

The only one I could think of is Nat Hentoff.

This is one of the things the Nazis did that was considered a crime against humanity.

Funny, because, I don’t think Christians would be standing next to the mother giving birth with a syringe full of poison to kill the child.

However, the world is not divided into just two groups of people: Christians and atheists.

ick, atheist, christan, the boogie man, i dont care who it is, thats just wrong and weak.
i take note that the paper said nothing about atheist. so the topic name is false and needs to be changed.

Simple , nobody has the right to kill disable/healthy persons !!!

I will ask the question in another way:
Should religious persons have the right to kill disable/healthy people ??

No-one has the right, legally or morally to kill disabled healthy, or even unhealthy disabled people. Anyone who believes that they can or should be allowed to do so has just placed themselves in the company of the Third Reich’s Death Squads. The Nazi’s killed handicapped and mentally challenged people in addition to the others they murdered…

Not only nazi’s are guilty of such crime !!

I was listening to Fr Groeschel talk about how wealthy Pagan people sacrificed their babies so there would be less children to inheirit…It was horrible…There has always been evil people that destroyed life because it was inconvenient

I am well aware of that… And as I understand it, there is at least one European country that has passed laws legalizing euthanasia, that being the Netherlands…and it seems that other European countries are drifting that way…or at least some of them.

Even I am against , I also can’t kill a person for pleasure ,
self-defense is something completely different !!
I do understand why some would like to die
the euthanasian way , but nevertheless , I disaprove it !!
But what I don’t understand , a suffering animal ,
if you put it out of its’ misery , that seems to be ok ,
so … , why not in case of euthanasia on humans ??
