there is not enough water to immerse?

This question for Protestants. And please apply this question to the last 2010 yrs of Christendom, not just contemporary times…

I hope not. I know the baptismal font I was baptized at was not big enough to immerse me, even though I was a month old. There are not many who take the approach that baptism requires immersion.

In the Catholic Church, Baptism can be by immersion or by pouring. If pouring, the water must flow.

It’s not a matter of Baptism being denied. The sacraments require the proper form and matter. For Baptism the form is “I baptize you in the name of the Father…” etc. and the matter is water, by pouring or immersion. If those things do not take place, the Baptism does not happen.
