Should Catholic Churches Have Cell-Phone Blocking Devices to Block Signals???

One Sunday at Church the cantor had made the announcement before Mass reminding people to turn the cell phones to quiet mode as usual. During the Opening Prayer someone’s phone went off- it was the cantor’s phone. Needless to say her face looked like this :o
