Should Catholics use vaccinations that include aborted fetal tissue?

There are several threads that are discussing the use of vaccinations that are derived from aborted fetal tissue. The question that keeps being asked is whether Catholics can receive these vaccinations. There has been a lot of conjecture that Catholics are not to receive these vaccinations and that doing so is sinful. Could you please let us know what the teaching on the reception of these vaccination is?
