Should I attend my employee's wedding reception?

I have an employee who is getting married. I believe she is Catholic, but she does not practice her Catholic faith at all. She is being married by a friend who is an ordained minister. I am wondering if attending the reception would be against Church teaching.
 
If you believe that you should not attend the marriage ceremony, then I cannot recommend attending a reception that has as its purpose to honor the marriage that preceded it.
