I would not advise one to do so…
Particularly in our current cultural debate…I think it would be giving approval of the radically disordered situation…normalizing it.
We need to be loving …but it is love with truth.
Also on another aspect:
There is a big difference in say … a nurse at a hospital taking care of the sick child of such a couple…(such is the authentic medical care “of the child”) and sitting for the couple so they can get out without the child…in families this means often that Mom and Dad want to get out for a night out together…see a movie go to dinner…focus on their marriage. Even if such is not always the case…once one does sit for them…such “date nights” will occur.
