Should I be concerned about this religious community?

I visited a religious community and during the Liturgy(I think during the eucharistic Prayer)where Him is usually said(referring to God),the community has changed Him to God as they do not want to refer to God as Him. Do they have this choice?
And what about the practice of referring to priests by their first name only,Bob,not Father Bob,for example.
I am uncomfortable with both of these practices. I am discerning with this community. Should I be concerned?

You are perceptive. I doubt very much that you and the community are on the same wave length. I suggest that you look elsewhere.
