Should I confess my bad confession?

I was visiting another parish and in my confession the priest asked me about some circumstances that led to my sin and, rather than taking a moment to think, I blurted out what first came to mind. While he gave me my penance and absolution I realized what I said wasn’t true but didn’t clarify this to him.

At my next confession should I just reconfess the sins I made before and not mention the bad confession or do I need to confess the bad confession?
