Should I "confess" this?

If you did something on your job in dealing with the sick that caused someone’s eventual death but was an “accident”, would it be considered a mortal sin and should that person confess to their priest? Even though it happened before joining the Catholic church and even though you had already asked God for forgivemess?

Hi,

If the person did not intend to harm the other, that person is innocent of sin. No Confession is needed for this.
