Should I get a conditional baptism?

I was baptized in a Baptist church, and I’m not 100% sure my baptism is valid. The preacher who baptized me was kind of crazy, and I don’t exactly remember the words he used when baptizing me. He says that he baptized me “in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit,” but I’m not 100% sure I believe him. Should I request a conditional baptism before I am fully received into the Church at the Easter Vigil next year?
 
Yes, you can request a conditional baptism. If you are to be conditionally baptized, then when you go to your first confession before your reception into the Church, you should also request conditional absolution.
