I’ve been a professional artist for over two decades, went to art school in Philadelphia, and I’m involved in one of the largest public art centers in the US…and I’ve never seen privacy issues arise in art for public display. A drawing is not a photograph.Perhaps but usually we don’t then hand them the drawing. And if one were making for public display there are privacy issues.
Draw my kids at the park without my permission and I find out about it, a bloody nose would be the result…
