I searched “Knights of Columbus” on CAF but I couldn’t find an answer there.
I am a 22 year old student, and though I love my friends at school and in my fraternity, I feel I need some more wholesome activities to take up my time as I move toward adulthood. I’m a Catholic and I’ve made all of my sacraments, I go to confession once per month and mass at least once a week.
Have any of you joined the K of C? What are your impressions? They seem like a good group, though they are mostly older guys. The majority of the people in my town are Catholic and there is a Church on every corner, so we have a lot of knights here (two councils in my town alone). I think that this would help me to become active in my parish and my community, plus I’d love to learn the secrets of the order and grow as I put these ideals to practice in my life.
I’d love your thoughts!
