Should I let my children attend Protestant Churches?

We are a catholic family. My mother-in-law has requested to take 2 of our kids (both 4 years old) to “worship” with her at her Presbyterian Church. I am bothered by this as it may influence them. Is there any church doctrine about this? Should I let them go?
