Thanks be to God, and congratulations!

May you and your beautiful family always be as happy as you appear in your photos! Welcome home!

And please, do keep coming on CAF!

It takes a village 🙂

ETA, those pics of your children are frame-worthy!

Perhaps in the future you can help with those coming into the Church “hey, we did it, so can you!!”

Well folks, we’re Catholic! My son and daughter are baptized; my wife and I are confirmed, have received the eucharist, AND we’re recognized as validly married WITHOUT convalidation!
Congratulations and welcome home! God bless you and your perseverance. A lesser person would have given up or even turned against the Church completely. You, instead, fought for truth, both the truth of the Catholic faith (which is why you entered the Church), and the truth of your marriage. You will be a great witness to the Church and the Catholic faith. Perhaps God permitted you this ordeal so that you can encourage other people in similar situations to also persevere as you did.

SJF is a non-profit and don’t charge for their service, so do remember them in your prayers, and give them a financial donation for the good work they did you.

So glad it all worked out in the end and thanks for the updates and pics.

While I would never wish this on anyone I hope you can take away a deeper love and understanding of the sacraments through the trials and tribulations you’ve endured. It reminds me of the psalms and Isiah where God says He tries us like precious metal so that we can be refined for His purposes.

Congratulations and welcome home! The photos of your family are beautiful.
