Should I receive Communion?

Here we go…I tend to be scrupulous, and this morning while at Mass I thought about a sin that I had confessed a while back, but I’m afraid that I didn’t include sufficient details that would’ve increased the gravity of the sin. At the time of my confession, I didn’t think about this but now it’s bothering me. I know my confession was valid since I didn’t intentionally hold back something, but should I wait until I mention it again-in more detail-before going to comminion again??
