Should I reconnect with an old classmate?

I am a member of a web site that allows me to reconnect with some of my high school classmates. Recently, a new one joined and she included in her profile that she used to work in a local club as a model for an infamous men’s magazine. I am not sure if I should connect with her. I don’t know if she is involved with that club (or anything similar) in her current residence. What should I do?

If you have good reason to want to reconnect with this person (prurient curiosity about her profession is not “good reason”), then I recommend giving her the benefit of the doubt. If, as the conversation progresses, you find that she is still involved in unsavory activities, you can decide then whether or not to continue the friendship.
