I have noticed a co-worker cheating on her timesheet at work. Is it morally right to report her or is this none of my business? It angers me and it’s unfair; but, at the same time, I don’t know if this is what Jesus would want me to do. I can’t say anything to my co-worker because then I would have to admit how I’ve been snooping and become suspicious of her. Please advise!

If you’ve been snooping into a co-worker’s private personnel records (something a timesheet is a part of), then that is a serious breach of ethics on your part, comparable in gravity to your co-worker’s alleged behavior. I can only recommend to you that you repent of your own breach of ethics, mention it the next time you go to confession, and resolve to avoid any future opportunities you may have to snoop into your co-worker’s actions. As for reporting this to your boss, keep in mind that, if you do so, your boss may be more concerned about your own trustworthiness as an employee, based upon your own admitted actions, rather than with allegations brought by you against someone else.
