Should I stop going to Mass?

We should never stop going to mass, even if we think we are in grave sin. God never turns His back on us, even if we turn away from Him.

The blessings that we receive just by attending may be the blessing that we need to turn away from sin.

I don’t know if this is allowed but I copied this from another board. I thought it was a good question.

I am one of those that do no receive communion. I use to wonder why people didn’t receive, but I think some are very personal and legit reasons.

Correct me if I’m wrong but in that little Rosary Book, when Mary appeared to St Domonic; did she say that one should not go to Mass if under mortal sin?

One of the precepts of the Church is that we go to Holy Communion once a year, during the Easter Season.

One is not obligated to receive Communion every Sunday, but one is obligated to hear Mass every Sunday and on Holy Days of Obiligation.

The laity and church professionals should stop making up their own rules and regulations and start following the rules and regulations of the Catholic Church.

TRIGGER… I remember learning this… Mom use to tell us to go to confession at LEAST once a year and to receive communion during Easter… (Awwwww) . Mom was so cool… 😃 Hi Mom waving to the heavens
