All I know is this, guilt has this nasty capacity of bleeding through and staining every part of a persons life. I you opt not to tell your husband (in due time, of course) they guilt you are feeling WILL affect your relationship in some way. Its bound to happen. In the instance where you may plan to start having children, the OB/GYN will ask how many times you have been pregnant, and how many live births you’ve had (Its called the Grava/Para ratio), and those unbirth pregnancies will have to be explained. The doctor is not doing this for moral reasons, but rather for medical ones. Abortions leave scare tissue in the uterus that can complicate pregnancy. The doctor needs this heads up so he can plan for it, if it becomes an issue.
