Should I watch TV on Sunday?

Hi,
The problem I have is, Sunday being a day of rest and though by watching TV I’m not working I know that the presenters and production crew are and I feel by adding to the ratings I’m encouraging people to work where perhaps they shouldn’t be?
Can you help me with this, whether or not I should feel guilty by watching TV on Sunday
