Should my family and I attend my brother-in-law's American orthodox wedding?

My brother in law left the church years ago. He got married outside of the church and has since been divorced. He is now going to be married in the AOC (American Orthodox Church) and I’m wondering if I should attend the service or not and if that is ok how much participation can my family do (i.e. Communion)
