Hello,
I am a college student who just came to the Catholic church last year. The church that I regularly attended and went through RCIA with does not have kneelers, and I was largely ignorant of kneeling convention in the Liturgy of the Eucharist until I started going to a more traditional RC church.
I admit that I like the tradition and reverence of kneeling during the Liturgy of the Eucharist, and now it feels kind of wrong to not kneel at the more contemporary college-centric church.
Is the absence of kneeling a problem? Should I be troubled by it?
Thanks,
Nate
