Is it ever necessary to confess a sin committed in a dream?
For example, if you’re dreaming, and in the dream you make a conscious choice to do something you know is gravely sinful, is that essentially the same as committing the sin?
Obviously we have little to no control over what we dream (and some of us have pretty crazy dreams), but are we responsible for what we do in dreams, or does that state of consciousness remove culpability?
