Should we follow biblical Jewish traditions?

My family has found a new religion, the Hebrew Roots Movement. They say that I need to keep the Sabbath, stop eating any unclean foods, stop celebrating Christmas, celebrate the Passover, and many other things. Are there any passages in the Bible that refute their arguments?
