Should we go to my daughter's party?

Our 25-year-old daughter and her fiance of over a year have been living together for about six months. No wedding date is set. They are aware of my position on this and I have avoided visiting. She has invited us to a St. Patrick’s Day party and I have not yet given an answer. Should we go?
 
I apologize that we missed the holiday in answering your question, but perhaps the answer will help you decide about future invitations.

Attending a St. Patrick’s Day party does not indicate approval of or support for cohabitation. I cannot recommend staying overnight, or allowing your daughter and her fiance to stay overnight at your home, but there is no reason you cannot visit her in her home for meals and/or parties.
