Should we obtain a new residence?

We presently live in 1074 square feet, with a 300 square foot storage unit. We are trying to find a house that is over 1600 square feet. We looked at a couple that are over 2000 sq ft, but something just didn’t sit right with us. (For one thing, they were large homes on miniscule lots in a strict HOA). I will be seeing two more houses tomorrow, in a large subdivision with walking trails (which would be good for hubby), and better HOA.

Please pray that God will let us know if the move actually is His will. I do not wish to displease him by leaving the (paid for) property we have inhabited for the last 20 years, on a street named for a saint.

Thank you for the prayers. Hubby has said that a move will take place, but in a few weeks due to the funds’ lack of availability at this time. I’ve been wanting to move to a particular subdivision across and down the road from our present location. Houses there sell within 72 hours, usually.
